grape grower/winemaker, who has a passion for agriculture. Tom has
lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for 12 years and has been
experimenting with growing and processing coffee and cacao beans for
almost a decade.
The Big Island of Hawaii has unique climates for growing some of the world's best tropical gourmet food products. "Our intention is to grow and produce some of the finest gourmet products Hawaii has to offer. We love making goodies out of things we grow."
